Saying, When will the new moon be gone (next payday), that we may sell corn (make more money)? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?

• making the ephah(bundle) small, and -- less value for the dollar)
• the shekel great(inflation), and -- (inflate the currancy so it has less value)
• falsifying the balances by deceit(cheating)? -- (placing one's thumb on the balance to cheat)
