what does global warming have to do with the end times

In the 1970's people were telling us that the globe was going into an ice age. It was a "done deal." Well that never happened.

Now those same people are saying that we are in a period of global warming, it is an emergency. If we don't do something today the world is going to well, rearrange somehow and it is going to be very nasty. Time to panic and throw "American" money at the problem.

In general, how are these environmental movements called? The "GREEN" movement.

OK, you got me, this is a Bible study web site. That is what I do, study the Bible. One of my interests is Biblical prophecy.

One day I was thinking about a verse of the Bible:

Revelation 6:8
8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

So what is this "pale horse?" What does that mean to me?

All of the sudden the "green movement" came to mind! How did I get there? What connection could there possibly be between the "green movement" and the "pale horse"?

It all comes from the true meaning of "pale":

pale: NT:5515
chloros (khlo-ros'); from the same as NT:5514; greenish, i.e. verdant, dun-colored:

And a horse doesn't necessarily have to be an animal, it can be a vehicle that brings something about. The environmental movement (green movement) can bring about much change. It can even give foreign governments control on how American businesses can be run. Point being, it would be another step toward the "One World Order". A primary end times prophect.

Back to Revelation 6:8, Death and Hell followed with him. There is only one being in the Bible called Death, that is none other then Satan AKA AntiChrist.

No need to panic, AntiChrist isn't going to kill anyone, Satan in coming in the guise of Jesus Christ, he can't start mass executions, that would not be very much like the world's view of Jesus. He is going to start a revivial, he is going to try to convert all the people of the world to accept him as Jesus.

Daniel 8:23-24
23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

It is sad to say this but he WILL destroy wonderfully. There are so many Christians today, that believe in the rapture (which is NOT Biblical) that they already have the mark of the beast (666) in their foreheads. This simply means that they are waiting for Jesus to come and take them out of this world before the tribulation, well guess who comes first? AntiChrist (instead of Christ). And most Christians will be all lined up to jump on his bandwagon. He will be causing "spiritual death" not death of the flesh. To worship an Angel is a sin, and so is worshiping Satan.
